Together with Rafał & Oskar, Devonshire Investment Group (DIG) an Private Equity fund acting in the CEE region, decided to pursue this idea.
The firm is specialising in supporting companies active in shaping the the Work 3:0 transformation (starting with hiring, induction, retention and workspace planning). The DIG portfolio investments includes companies like Devire (currently the largest polish white collar staff augmentation company), Neumann Executive (online executive platform), Flaire.Space (cloud-staffing platform), Peaksales (AI based work optimization) and Gamfi (Online induction platform).
The Group is managed by entrepreneurs and senior HR sector professionals who take an active role in supporting the portfolio companies. The DIG executives believe that the current work market is in a phase of accelerated evolution. This will include the work-models becoming more dispersed and flexible and use of resources will become part of a shared economy while the concept of renting Space as a Service will become a widely accepted phenomenon.
