The conference rooms at Poznań Financial Centre will be located on the ninth and tenth floors, within around 2,000 sqm of our space. Rooms of varying capacity will be available - from intimate conversations to larger workshops - all furnished with care for detail, with a view across the city from the upper floors. These will be conference rooms that work in favour of the meeting itself.

Flexible room rental

Rental at Poznań Financial Centre is billed flexibly: you book a room for an hour, for half a day or for a full-day workshop, with no long-term agreement. Every meeting room will be prepared for presentations and video conferences, and The Shire team will look after welcoming your guests and refreshments on the table. This keeps the rooms accessible to companies that need professional meeting space only from time to time.

Equipment and support

The rooms will be ready to work in from the moment you walk in, with a presentation screen, video conferencing connectivity and high-speed Wi-Fi. The Shire team will prepare the room before your guests arrive, welcome participants at reception and look after refreshments during the day. Rental at Poznań Financial Centre will therefore stay entirely hands-off for the organiser, whatever the length of the meeting.

Transport links and surroundings

Inviting guests to PFC is straightforward. The building stands in the heart of the city, a few minutes from Poznań Główny station and next to Stary Browar. Bus and tram stops are right nearby, and guests arriving by car can use the car parking. On-site restaurants work well for the less formal part of a meeting.
